Fees for ESEB members, non members and students include: Conference documentation, coffee and lunches according to the program and the welcome reception on August 20.
The registration fee for accompanying persons includes: The welcome reception on August 20 and a guided city walk on August 21.
Payment
Payment must be made in advance of the conference.
Swedish delegates
Swedish delegates will recieve an invoice. VAT will be added according to Swedish legislation and routines.
Delegates from outside Sweden
• All payments must be made in SEK (swedish krona).
• VAT will not be added for delegates from outside Sweden.
• Please pay by credit card or by bank transfer.
• No deductions for bank charges will be accepted.
• Unfortunately we cannot accept payment by bank cheques or euro cheques.

Registration fee waivers
ESEB has set aside funds to cover up to 50 registration fee waivers to applicants from developing countries and Eastern Europe. This includes Africa, some countries in Asia, South and Central America, Russia and other former members of the Soviet Union, and new members of EU.
Authors wishing to be considered for this support should send CV, proposed abstract, and a declaration that they are not able to cover the registration fee from their own resources to eseb2007@akademikonferens.uu.se.
The applicant must be presenting author of a contribution (oral or poster presentation).
Applications will be handled as they arrive; closing date for applications is 15 April 2007.
Confirmation of registration
You will receive a confirmation of registration by e-mail within a week after we have received your registration. If you haven't received an e-mail from us within a week, please send an e-mail to eseb2007@akademikonferens.uu.se.
Cancellation
Notification of cancellations must be sent in writing to the conference secretariat. Cancellation fee: SEK 750. Cancellations will be accepted until May 31. If you have already paid we will refund all fees except SEK 750. No refunds can be made for cancellations received after May 31.
Change of delegate
Substitutions of attendees can be made at any time for a cost of SEK 250. Please contact the conference secretariat for change of delegate.
