If you want to make a reservation or make changes in you reservation after August 16, please contact the hotels directly.

Credit card guarantee
You have to guarantee your hotel reservation with a credit card number on the registration form. In case of a "No show", which means that the room has not been used nor been cancelled in advance, the whole stay may be charged on your credit card.

The credit card will NOT be used by neither Academic Conferences nor the hotel without your authorization, for any other purpose than above.

Payment options
No payment for accommodation will be made to Academic Conferences. Payment for the accommodation will be made to the hotel directly upon departure. You can pay by credit card or by cash.

Change your reservation

Cancellation
If you need to cancel your hotel reservation, please contact Academic Conferences as soon as possible but not later than 14 days prior to arrival. After that date, a cancellation fee equivalent to at least one night will be charged.

Fyrishov is located 20 minutes walk from the city centre. A simple cabin with or shower/WC for up to 4 persons. Please note that you make a reservation for an entire cabin, not a bed in a babin. Breakfast for up to 4 persons is included.
